Position: 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in activations, business development, mall marketing, corporate sales, or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, business development, and commercial deal-making.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills with a strong commercial mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and secure high-value brand, vendor, and business partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategies for events and activations to maximize profitability.
- Plan and coordinate sales-driven mall activations that drive footfall and boost visitor engagement.
- Build and nurture strategic alliances, sponsorships, and promotional ties with key external and internal partners.
- Conduct targeted market research to identify emerging commercial opportunities aligned with mall objectives.
