Jadeed Group is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our Head Office team in Rawalpindi.
𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢/𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝
Qualification
- Must have a BBA (HR), MBA (HR), or MS/MPhil in HR.
- Additional qualifications in Psychology or Law will be preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of all core HR functions with excellent command of MS Office Suite.
- Must have strong experience in dealing with government departments and regulatory authorities, including EOBI, Social Security, and Labor Directorate.
- Must have hands-on experience in payroll management and compensation & benefits.
- Must have practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and headhunting.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, or nearby areas will be preferred.

- Practical knowledge of PLC systems.
- Must have experience of PID controllers, control system design & programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of PLC and control system faults.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and technical evaluations.
- Implement & monitor preventive and scheduled maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, standards, and regulations.
