QUALIFICATION
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
- ACCA or CA Finalist preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, fixed asset management, or asset operations.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-site operations will be an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end fixed asset operations across hotels, resorts, and the head office.
- Ensure accurate asset recording, tagging, tracking, physical verification, and safeguarding in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
- Support Finance and Supply Chain in CAPEX planning, budgeting, asset rationalization, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure timely reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, ISO standards, and insurance policies.
- Drive system enhancements and develop dashboards for effective asset monitoring and reporting.
- Strengthen governance by implementing standardized asset management procedures and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate asset disposal processes with vendors, including inspections, negotiations, and documentation.
- Manage Handing Over and Taking Over (HOTO) processes and support procurement-related asset documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors by providing required asset information and ensuring compliance with audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset utilization, control, and operational efficiency.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of fixed asset management and asset lifecycle processes.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance.
