WE ARE HIRING CUTTING IN CHARGE – KNITTED GARMENTS
Towellers Limited is seeking an experienced and result oriented person to lead and manage cutting operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all cutting department operations for knitted garments.
- Ensure accurate fabric spreading, cutting, bundling, and issuance to production.
- Optimize fabric utilization and minimize wastage through efficient marker planning.
- Monitor shrinkage, cutting quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, QA, and Warehouse to meet production targets.
- Track fabric consumption, WIP, and production reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Intermediate or relevant qualification in Textile or Garment Manufacturing preferred.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a knitted garments cutting department, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
