WE’RE HIRING! ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER
Location: Field-Based (Shewa – North Waziristan), Pakistan
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our Gas Plant. If you have strong hands-on E&I expertise and a passion for operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gas plant E&I construction, operations, and maintenance
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of E&I and control systems
- Inspection, calibration, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Support plant modifications, shutdowns, upgrades, and commissioning handovers
- Lead root cause analysis and improve equipment reliability
- Manage construction, engineering, and maintenance projects
SYSTEMS & EXPERTISE
- Experience with Emerson DeltaV, Emerson SIS, HIMA Safety Shutdown System, and Allen-Bradley ControlLogix
- Knowledge of Oracle / Maximo CMMS environment
- Portable electrical equipment inspection as per standards
- Good understanding of oil & gas operations
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics
- 15+ years of hands-on E&I engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of relevant systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
- Experience with CMMS (Oracle/Maximo) is a plus
HSEQ & FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ guidelines
- Daily safety meetings, HSE audits, toolbox talks, and job safety analysis
- Supervision of contractors and safe work practices
- Audit conformance to management systems
- Suggest maintenance strategies to improve availability and reliability
