In this role, you will:
✨ Drive export sales growth across existing and new international markets
✨ Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and business partners
✨ Identify new market opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
✨ Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and business reviews
✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
✨ Contribute to the growth of iconic Mitchell’s products in global markets
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ 6–8 years of experience in International Sales, Export Business, Business Development, or Commercial Management
✔ Strong experience in distributor management and market development
✔ Sound understanding of international trade and export operations
✔ Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ A passion for delivering growth and building long-term partnerships
