JOB ROLE
- Lead the accounting and financial reporting function of the manufacturing unit
- Ensure timely closing and preparation of monthly Quantitative Accounts
- Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation laws and statutory requirements
- Strengthen internal controls and coordinate internal/external audits
- Drive ERP-based financial processes and continuous process improvements
- Partner with production and operations teams to support business performance
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to monitor and improve working capital efficiency and liquidity
- Lead and develop the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned responsibilities
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- CA / ACA
- 7+ years of relevant experience in large manufacturing concern preferably listed company
