Position: Project Manager
We are seeking a strategic Manager – Projects to lead the operational core of our newly established PMO, owning the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional and HO-driven projects including scope, schedule, and budget. The role involves building governance standards and tools from the ground up, developing comprehensive plans such as WBS and Gantt schedules, and leading steering meetings to ensure structured delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, procurement, and manufacturing while maintaining strict documentation standards and change control discipline. The incumbent will oversee project financials, consolidate weekly updates from business units, and mentor direct reports to drive organizational compliance. Additionally, you will liaise with external OEM/Tier-1 partners to ensure all program milestones are met effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred); MBA is a plus.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred.
Requirements:
- 7+ years total, with 5 years in structured PMO roles.
- Automotive/OEM background with APQP and manufacturing exposure.
- Expert in MS Project/Primavera P6, WBS, and critical path analysis.
- Proven people management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to build PMO governance and controls from the ground up.
