RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare production-ready digital textile designs.
-Perform shade matching and color correction.
-Prepare design settings and strike-offs (S/Offs).
-Support digital printing production.
-Maintain design data and artwork records.
-Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATION:
-Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com).
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Designing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field will be preferred.
-Relevant experience in digital textile printing or textile processing will be an added advantage.
SKILS REQUIRED:
-Shade management for export customer i.e. Ashley Wilde, NEXT, ZAKO, Pottery Barn etc
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and NeoStampa.
-Strong understanding of digital textile printing processes.
-Expertise in shade matching and color management.
-Knowledge of fabric pre-treatment and post-treatment processes.
-Experience with digital printing machine operations.
-Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
