Position Assistant Manager Information Technology
- Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
- Location: Islamabad
Job Summary
Support the CTO in managing PMIC’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and user support to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain PMIC’s IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, network infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise applications, backups, and end-user support.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems through monitoring, maintenance, incident resolution, and disaster recovery.
- Administer IT assets, user access, system documentation, and technology vendors in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide technical support, user training, and cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business continuity.
- Support the CTO in delivering IT strategy, projects, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience : 4 – 7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration.
