Position: Production Manager-Roll Covers

Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the production of rubber rollers to ensure alignment with business revenue targets while maintaining control over cost, quality, EHS standards, lead times, and inventory.
- Monitor production performance against KPIs, ensuring effective dashboard tracking and budget adherence.
- Drive cost control initiatives and optimize material consumption without compromising quality. Improve OTIF, reduce wastage and customer complaints, and address non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Promote continuous improvement across operational, financial, and environmental dimensions.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- B.Sc Engineering or Equivalent
- B.Sc. Engineering/Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer
- More than 4 years of experience with minimum 2 years in production/operations.
- Data-driven decision making
- Financial acumen (cost matrices, budget tracking, consumption analysis)
- Cross-functional coordination (Sales, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance)
