POSITION: EXPORT MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT)

• QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• EXPERIENCE: 5 Years of experience in international business development
• LOCATION: Lahore / Karachi

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in global regions.
2. Account Ownership: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for portfolio, driving volume velocity and recurring order frequency.
3. Client-Side Compliance: Take ownership of client-side banking and financial compliance requirements. Ensure remitters understand and comply with the necessary protocols to facilitate smooth payment and shipping cycles.
4. Relationship Stewardship: Build long-term, trust-based partnerships, positioning our products as the preferred choice in your territories.
5. Operational Alignment: Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to ensure client readiness matches our production and banking standards.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

1. Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the Export of Fruit Beverages and Dairy Foods.
2. Established Network: An active, verifiable portfolio of potential clientele across international markets.
3. Banking Literacy: A solid understanding of international banking instruments and the ability to guide clients through compliance hurdles to ensure successful transactions.
4. Volume Focus: A demonstrated track record of closing large-scale deals and achieving significant tonnage/liter targets.
5. Professional Diplomacy: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company at a high commercial level.

Position: Export Operations Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.

Location: Head Office Gulberg III, Lahore

Requirements:

1. Manage export order flow from order confirmation to shipment.
2. Oversee bank documentation (Form E, Form R), coordination with external banking partners, ensuring end-to-end compliance with trade finance and regulatory requirements.
3. Handle FIN preparation and PSW processing, ensuring compliance, accurate submissions and export clearance.
4. Coordinate with production, logistics and freight forwarders for timely execution.
5. Prepare and review export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Track shipments and ensure smooth on-time deliveries.
7. Communicate with international clients and provide shipment updates.
8. Support operational planning and process improvements.

Required Skillset:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis for reporting and tracking.
2. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
3. Highly organized working style with strong attention to detail.
4. Effective coordination and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
