POSITION: EXPORT MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT)
- QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- EXPERIENCE: 5 Years of experience in international business development
- LOCATION: Lahore / Karachi
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in global regions.
- Account Ownership: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for portfolio, driving volume velocity and recurring order frequency.
- Client-Side Compliance: Take ownership of client-side banking and financial compliance requirements. Ensure remitters understand and comply with the necessary protocols to facilitate smooth payment and shipping cycles.
- Relationship Stewardship: Build long-term, trust-based partnerships, positioning our products as the preferred choice in your territories.
- Operational Alignment: Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to ensure client readiness matches our production and banking standards.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the Export of Fruit Beverages and Dairy Foods.
- Established Network: An active, verifiable portfolio of potential clientele across international markets.
- Banking Literacy: A solid understanding of international banking instruments and the ability to guide clients through compliance hurdles to ensure successful transactions.
- Volume Focus: A demonstrated track record of closing large-scale deals and achieving significant tonnage/liter targets.
- Professional Diplomacy: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company at a high commercial level.

Position: Export Operations Executive
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
Location: Head Office Gulberg III, Lahore
Requirements:
- Manage export order flow from order confirmation to shipment.
- Oversee bank documentation (Form E, Form R), coordination with external banking partners, ensuring end-to-end compliance with trade finance and regulatory requirements.
- Handle FIN preparation and PSW processing, ensuring compliance, accurate submissions and export clearance.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and freight forwarders for timely execution.
- Prepare and review export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track shipments and ensure smooth on-time deliveries.
- Communicate with international clients and provide shipment updates.
- Support operational planning and process improvements.
Required Skillset:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis for reporting and tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
- Highly organized working style with strong attention to detail.
- Effective coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
