Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 2-4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing live broadcast panel operations and coordination with PCR/MCR teams.
- Ensure seamless switching between feeds, graphics, and live sources during transmission.
- Coordinate with anchors, producers, and technical staff for rundown execution.
- Monitor live output to maintain editorial and technical quality.
- Handle breaking news situations with strong news sense and quick decision-making.
- Support pre-production and post-production tasks as required.
- Maintain clear communication across departments during live shows.
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of live broadcast systems and newsroom workflows.
- Excellent news sense and understanding of current affairs.
- Hands-on experience with switching, panel operations, and broadcast equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced live environments.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of production tools and newsroom software.
