Attock Petroleum Limited (APL), one of Pakistan’s leading Oil Marketing Companies, is seeking a dynamic Executive (Retail Development) to support the expansion and development of its retail network. The role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and excellent written and verbal communication to effectively manage cross-functional interactions and regulatory correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate with Engineering for site layouts, NOC cases, and explosives approvals, ensuring timely completion of projects within stipulated timelines.
-Monitor and achieve site commissioning targets as per business plans.
-Identify and evaluate new site proposals and support network planning initiatives.
-Liaise with government authorities for approvals, regulatory compliance, and documentation through effective communication and follow-ups.
-Coordinate with potential and approved site dealers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on development activities.
-Conduct field visits for site identification, feasibility assessments, and location reviews.
-Facilitate execution of lease agreements and maintain clear documentation and correspondence with stakeholders.
-Prepare and review annual budgets, including Capital, Revenue, and HR components.
-Conduct quarterly performance reviews of PLP and newly commissioned sites, and present structured reports to management.
-Process proposals from Network Planning, including feasibility analysis, cost estimates, offer letters, lease agreements, and account openings.
-Ensure effective coordination and communication with Network Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Legal departments.
-Maintain and update tracker sheets for PLP sites with accuracy and clarity.
Implement, review, and upgrade SOPs, ensuring clear documentation and communication across teams.
-Act as focal point for correspondence with OGRA and maintain strong written follow-ups with relevant authorities
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail development, network planning, or project coordination (OMC experience preferred).
Education : Masters but MBA’s will be preferred
