𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee and expand our retail operations in the KPK region. The ideal candidate will lead teams, drive sales growth, and ensure strong market presence in the assigned areas.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Lead, mentor, and manage retail teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement retail strategies to maximize sales and market penetration
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Build strong relationships with installers, distributors, and partners
- Plan and execute events, activations, and meetups
- Ensure operational efficiency including inventory and compliance
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market insights
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 📍 KPK Region Peshawar / Mardan
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in retail management (Solar/Energy/Electronics preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (ERP/CRM is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within the region
