Position: Production Engineer

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to “Uniform Regulation,” Work Law, HSE standards, and proper PPE usage. Maintain safe operations, housekeeping (5S), and proper shift handovers.
- Operations & Reporting: Execute production plans and ensure accurate SAP reporting for production and raw materials. Monitor waste and raw material consumption according to product recipes.
- Quality & Improvement: Coordinate with QA to report quality incidents, implement action plans, and drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Technical Coordination: Support new product R&D, trials, and production line erection with cross-functional teams and machine suppliers.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise production teams; ensure adherence to process standards.
- KPI Management: Work towards achieving efficiency, waste reduction, and quality targets; report directly to the Production Chief.
