We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the implementation, compliance, and continual improvement of our integrated management systems. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with international standards including ISO, BRCGS, SEDEX, and any other local & international certifications while driving consistency, efficiency, and sustainability across operations.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop, implement, and maintain manuals, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local and international standards like ISO, BRCGS, SEDEX, ISCC Plus etc.
• Manage control, distribution, and approved changes of all management system documentation.
• Coordinate identification of organizational processes and ensure effective application across departments.
• Define and monitor process criteria and methods to ensure effective operation and control.
• Measure and monitor processes, identify areas for improvement, and align them with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of objectives, preventive and corrective actions, internal audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to understand existing processes and develop detailed procedures.
• Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Product Safety Policies.
• Support the establishment of objectives and ensure availability of necessary resources for QHSE and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Promote a culture of compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence across the organization.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• BS Chemical/ Environmental Engineering
• 1-2 Years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining above mentioned standards.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Product Safety Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to work across departments.
