Job Description:
The Branch Manager will supervise and manage a branch, focusing on achieving assigned targets related to Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other designated goals. Additionally, the role involves improving the overall control environment of the branches in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8-10 years of banking experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Branch Manager
