Position: Senior Fashion Designer (Men’s Wear)
Carom is an exciting new fashion brand that specializes in creating unique & trend-setting clothing for individuals who want to make a bold fashion statement. Looking for a Senior Fashion Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct seasonal market and trend research for adult men’s wear.
- Develop mood boards, color boards and concept boards for each season.
- Design and develop seasonal collections across all men’s categories: knit, woven and denim.
- Oversee garment fittings, fabric selection and sample reviews.
- Strong command on colors palettes and graphics.
- Strong understanding of garment specifications.
- Work closely with buying, merchandising and production teams to ensure designs meet cost & quality.
- Balance creativity with practicality to deliver fashionable yet production-feasible garments.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for photoshoots.
- Maintain effective communication between departments to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing/Textile Designing or related field.
- 2-4 Years of design experience preferably in men’s wear.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools.
