SITE SUPERVISOR: LEVELING & FINISHING
LOCATION: JOHAR TOWN LAHORE
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor (Leveling & Finishing) is responsible for supervising and coordinating leveling and finishing activities at the construction site. The role ensures that surfaces, floors, and final finishes are completed according to project drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Supervise leveling and finishing works including floor leveling, screeding, plastering, and surface finishing.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check surface levels, slopes, and alignment using leveling tools.
- Ensure proper finishing quality for floors, walls, and concrete surfaces.
- Identify and correct defects such as uneven surfaces, cracks, or improper finishing.
- Plan and schedule daily leveling and finishing tasks.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and labor teams to meet deadlines.
- Ensure availability of materials such as cement, sand, screed materials, and finishing products.
- Monitor proper use of materials and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in construction supervision, especially in leveling and finishing works.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Technology
