POSITION: MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage product allocations from refineries and maintain effective liaison with OGRA and OCAC to ensure uninterrupted supply operations.
- Represent the company in IFEM meetings and manage PMP and PRM coordination.
- Develop and execute supply planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted fuel availability.
- Manage all OGRA matters (licensing, compliance & reporting).
- Manage IFEM calculations, submissions, reconciliation, and claims.
- Coordinate product procurement, allocation, and distribution planning.
- Analyze demand forecasts and align supply accordingly.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of stock movements.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution.
