Position Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Brand Manager who can take full ownership of brand performance, drive impactful communication, and steer product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, communication, and performance
- Set brand objectives and align strategic initiatives
- Conduct market visits to gather competitive intelligence
- Drive consumer insights through engagement with sales teams, dealers, and customers
- Develop and execute advertising, digital, activation, and PR campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and recommend push/pull strategies
- Lead new product development and feature planning
Requirements
- BBA / MBA
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in campaign planning, media, digital marketing, and activations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
