Position: Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager – ERM
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Preferred Certifications: FRM, PRM, CIA, CRMA, ISO 31000, or equivalent.
- Experience: 04 to 06 years of relevant experience (preferably in Banking, PSO/PSP/Fintech).

Job Role & Requirements:
- Assist in implementing the ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments on periodic risk identification and assessment exercises.
- Maintain risk registers, risk heat maps, and follow up on mitigation actions.
- Prepare risk reports for management and relevant committees.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and emerging risks.
- Monitor operational loss data and prepare reports as required for senior management.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance with risk guidelines.
- Conduct awareness sessions and provide support to business units on risk matters.
- Maintain and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders both internal and external for optimal performance of ERM tool.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
