𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage retail sales operations within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) segment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the company and EPC clients, driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring accurate tracking of SI (Sales Inquiries), SO (Sales Orders), and ST (Sales Transactions).
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗘𝗣𝗖 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EPC market
- Present and promote products/services according to EPC client needs
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:
- Monitor and manage SI, SO, and ST for accurate sales tracking
- Prepare regular sales reports for supervisors
- Ensure all transactions and interactions are properly recorded in CRM systems
𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- Act as the primary contact for EPC clients
- Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain long-term business partnerships
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Gather and share client feedback to improve offerings
𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for timely delivery and after-sales support
- Assist in executing EPC-focused sales strategies and campaigns
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (energy/technology sector preferred)
- Familiarity with EPC industry is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluent in English (Urdu or regional language is an advantage)
