Location: Islamabad
Responsible For:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs with department managers.
- Support employees in learning and career development activities.
- Handle employee relations matters and support a positive work environment.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns in a fair and professional way.
- Plan and organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR operations, policies and internal communication.
Job Specification - Hands-on experience in training and development activities.
- Good understanding of employee relations and workplace issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with managers and employees.
- Well-organized, proactive and people-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple HR tasks at the same time.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- Prior experience in training programs and employee engagement is preferred.
