Position: Innovation & Renovation Lead – Commercial
(Location – HO – Raiwind)
Role Overview
The Innovation & Renovation Lead is responsible for managing the execution and commercialization of new product launches and product renovation initiatives. The role ensures seamless cross-functional coordination between Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Technical teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with approved business plans. This is a managerial position focused on operational execution, alignment, and performance tracking rather than concept development.
- Lead end-to-end execution of approved new product launches (NPL) and renovation projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestone adherence.
- Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Technical teams to ensure production readiness and material availability.
- Monitor costing, margins, and financial performance against approved business cases.
- Identify and mitigate execution risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Track post-launch performance and support corrective actions where required.
- Partner with procurement to validate sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor logistics and warehousing cost performance and recommend corrective actions.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Engineering background with Project Management experience is highly preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or structured corporate environments.
- Proven experience in cross-functional project execution.
