Position: COCO Manager
📍 Location: Lahore.
🕒 Employment Type: Full time.
🎓 Experience Level:

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in fuel station/site operations management, preferably with a reputable OMC.
Strong expertise in site supervision, HSE compliance, inventory control, contractor coordination, and regulatory adherence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations & Supervision

Oversee daily site operations ensuring construction and operational work complies with approved drawings, timelines, and company standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, transporters, and vendors for smooth execution.
Supervise site staff including supervisors, labor, security, and support teams.
Plan and control manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
Supervise safe fuel decanting from tank lorries into storage tanks as per approved procedures and safety checklists.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for inspections and approvals.
Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.

Inventory, Reporting & Administration

Monitor project progress, verify bills, control site expenses, and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Manage procurement, receiving, storage, and inventory control of materials and consumables.
Maintain organized site documentation, compliance records, and licenses.
Oversee tuck shop operations including stock control, hygiene, pricing, cash handling, and record maintenance.
