BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is seeking qualified candidates to join their dynamic Plant Operations team at the Gharo Plant for the following positions:
- Assistant Manager Equipment & Facility
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in equipment management and facility operations.
Responsibilities: Oversee installation, maintenance, and performance of production equipment and facility systems. Ensure preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, compliance with safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assistant Manager Production Planning
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/business administration.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Develop production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity. Monitor material availability, coordinate with procurement and production teams, track KPIs, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manager PPMC
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/business administration (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in production planning and material control in manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Lead production planning and material control functions. Ensure optimal inventory levels, demand forecasting, coordination with procurement and logistics, cost control, and timely delivery aligned with production targets.
