🚨 We’re Hiring – Senior HR Executive and HR Executive
📍 Location: Lahore – Head Office
🕒 Experience: 2+ Years
We’re on the lookout for a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 and 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join our dynamic HR team at vivo Pakistan. If you’re confident, proactive, and passionate about driving people-focused initiatives, this is your opportunity to make an impact!
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
- Manage monthly payroll & HR data (Excel, HRMS)
- Build corporate/university linkages for hiring & internships
- Plan employee engagement & recognition programs
- Support training, performance cycles & OD initiatives
- Organize internal campaigns, events & employee activities
- Ensure policy implementation & compliance
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Proficient in MS Excel & HR tools
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- bility to multitask & handle diverse HR functions
