Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust the cap applicator on UHT aseptic packing lines to ensure correct feeding, orientation, sealing, and aseptic integrity.
- Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and routine inspections, including basic troubleshooting and coordination with maintenance when required.
- Monitor cap usage, wastage, rejection rates, and line performance; report abnormalities, defects, or equipment faults immediately.
- Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and quality check sheets in line with operational requirements.
- Follow CIP/SIP, hygiene procedures, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards while coordinating with quality and production teams.

- Experience: Minimum 04-06 years in QA/QC function—preferably in the Dairy field.
- Expertise: raw milk and packaging testing, processing, NCR/CAPA documentation, and independent shift operations management.
- Education: MS/ MPhil Food Technology, Food microbiology, Chemistry.

- Promote and enforce a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and laboratory best practices.
