𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗦𝗔𝗣 (𝗘𝗥𝗣) 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 – 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
We are seeking a skilled SAP (ERP) Officer to manage and support ERP operations in our garment factory at Korangi, Karachi. The candidate will ensure smooth system transactions related to production, inventory, costing, and shipment processes.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 1–3 years of experience working with SAP in garment/apparel industry preferred.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Handle daily ERP transactions for production, warehouse, and finance.
- Manage BOM creation and material consumption tracking.
- Monitor GRN, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Generate production, inventory, and financial reports from the ERP system.
- Support modules within SAP ERP, including:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Production Planning (PP)
- Assist in ERP audits and system accuracy checks.
- Coordinate with factory and warehouse teams to resolve system issues.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Strong understanding of garment production and inventory flow.
- Knowledge of BOM, costing, and warehouse management.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during shipment deadlines.
