Role Overview
Alfalah Asset Management Limited is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to expand the HNI (High Net Worth Individual) Sales Team in Lahore. The role focuses on managing and expanding the client base and driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
Key Expectations
- Lead regional HNI sales operations to achieve AUM and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in the HNI segment.
- Identify, acquire, and retain HNI clients.
- Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals.
Key Competencies
- Strong regional sales leadership and HNI relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive AUM growth and market expansion.
- Sound knowledge of mutual funds, wealth products, and regulatory compliance.
Experience & Education
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in HNI sales, including exposure to mutual funds, banking, and liability products. Preference for experience with a reputed Asset Management Company.
- Education: Minimum BBA / B.Com; MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related field) is preferred.
- Certification: IFMP certification is preferred.
