Position: Desi Restaurant Manager
Requirements
- Experience: 6-7 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Operations: Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
- Cuisine: Knowledge of Desi cuisine is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per restaurant needs.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Training, coaching, and supervising restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and service.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
