Job Overview
We are seeking a QMS Sr Officer DND to ensure compliance with quality management processes and procedures in our garments production facility. The successful candidate will conduct internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
- Minimum Experience: 3–5 Years (QMS within a manufacturing environment)
Core Competencies
- Conduct Process audit to make sure implementation of customer standard.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of QC 7 tools.
- Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop SOP, work instruction and quality policies and ensure implementation on floor.
- Review and update quality management documentation.
- Implementation of Quality Manual.
- Ensure product safety in process.
- Provide training on SOP, safety and quality policies.
