Sorrel Foods Private Limited is looking for REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM) Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with company objectives.
· Ensure planning & forecast of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Plan trade activities and promotional schemes to drive category growth.
· Manage distributors and appoint new ones where required.
· Expand market coverage and ensure product availability in all key outlets.
· Monitor primary and secondary sales performance of each distributor.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance excellence.
· Set clear objectives and monitor sales team KPIs.
· Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute regional trade promotions.
· Ensure strong in-store visibility and merchandising execution.
· Monitor implementation of display standards and brand presence in the market.
· Gather and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and new product activities.
· Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and competitive advantage.
· Prepare periodic sales and market performance reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
· Resolve trade issues promptly and ensure smooth coordination across the sales network.
· Represent the company in regional trade events and exhibitions.
· Ensure compliance with company pricing, discount, and credit policies.
· Monitor distributor stock levels, claims, and receivables.
· Control regional sales expenses within approved budgets.
