AUTOMATION EXECUTIVE
Experience & Industry Background:
- 5-7 years of experience in the manufacturing or processing industry, preferably in packaging.
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, industrial automation, control panels, LT/HT panels, cable trays, and industrial electrical work.
Core Responsibilities:
- Improving machine efficiency, managing and maintaining automation systems, and supporting smooth operations of high-speed machines.
- Troubleshooting automation and electrical faults.
- Supporting machine changeovers and commissioning.
- Training technicians and operators.
- Achieving maintenance and automation targets through effective teamwork and problem-solving.
Educational Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering is required.

Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed printing equipment.
- Education: Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical, or 12 years of relevant technical education.
- Physical Requirements: Must possess good color vision and must not be color blind.
- Availability: Must be flexible for shift work.

- Operations: Optimizing OEE of printers in the can-making line.
- Maintenance: Managing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Safety: Maintaining sound knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Performance: Driving continuous improvement to achieve KPIs and efficient size changeovers.
