𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Develop category-wise demand forecasts and replenishment plans for Toys, Infant items, Jewelry, Stationery etc. to ensure optimal stock availability.
o Monitor sell-through, stock cover, and aging inventory, and recommend corrective actions to improve inventory turnover and reduce slow-moving stock.
o Coordinate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and E-commerce teams to align buying plans, promotions, and store requirements.
o Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports including sales vs forecast, stock status, and gap analysis for management review.
o Support promotional and campaign planning by ensuring timely stock allocation and distribution across stores and online channels.
o Analyze category performance trends, seasonality, and price points to support assortment planning and space optimization.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
o Professional certification in Supply Chain, Planning, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
o 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or supply chain planning.
o Hands-on experience in retail planning, preferably in Hardline categories (Toys, FMCG, Crockery, Stationery, Accessories, etc.)
