We are Hiring Regional Sales Manager- Retail Sales & Development

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
-Acquire new customers and manage an existing client portfolio
-Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
-Promote and explain products and services to customers
-Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
-Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
-Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities
-Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management
What We’re Looking For:
-MBA / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or a related field.
-Experience in retail sales or relationship management is preferred.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
