Qualifications & Experience
- DAE Electrical with 5–10 years of experience in high- and low-voltage power distribution maintenance.
- Experience working in large-capacity power plants (300 MW and above) is preferred.
- Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methods.
- Proficient in the repair and daily maintenance of high and low voltage power distribution equipment.
- Proficient in PLC, variable frequency drive hardware, principles, and configuration.
- Ability to monitor power distribution operating status and analyze and judge abnormalities.
- Ability to respond to abnormal equipment in emergency situations.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect the operating status of the entire plant’s power distribution equipment during operation to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify abnormal operating conditions and take corrective measures in a timely manner to prevent equipment failure.
- Assist in completing unit start-up and shutdown operations and daily operation tasks.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance and condition monitoring activities.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and major overhauls of power distribution equipment.
- Assist in major shutdown maintenance, including the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of components related to GIS and transformers.
- Diagnose equipment failures and propose corrective action recommendations.
- Participate in safety inspections, safety briefings, and accident investigations.
- Report any deviations or critical issues to supervisors and engineering teams.
