We Are HIRING Manager Administration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the factory, including facility management.
- Coordination with different government departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise Health & Safety and Fire Safety standards, and managing Canteen and Hostel operations.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise support staff and ensure safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with factory regulation/polices SOPs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree/LLB.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in administration, preferably in Textile Sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Retired from Armed forces will be preferred.
