SR. EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION KNIT DIVISION
No. of Positions: 01 Job Location : Ombre Apparel Park (Lahore – Manga Raiwind Road)
Job Overview: The position will be responsible to ensure availability of all the inputs required for production and execute the production activities as per lean principles to meet the cost reduction targets. The position will also resolve the quality and productivity issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders to maximize the value and enhance the profit margins. These activities will be carried out within defined guidelines as per company SOPs.
Essential Requirements: Preferred Education: Bachelors in relevant field Minimum Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in sew to pack production
Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end production processes, workflows, technologies and quality parameters
- Capable of identifying and resolving day-to-day production issues quickly
- Efficiently managing time, labor, and material resources
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
