Position: ISC Factory Controller
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze production efficiency trends, variances and other operational KPIs and quantify their financial impact.
- Monitor costs and consumption of utilities and overheads and highlight cost leakages.
- Develop the plant’s annual budgets in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and monitor expenditure against approved budgets and report any discrepancies.
- Manage WIP quantities and aging with clear visibility by process stage.
- Consistently examine and report inventory levels.
- Partner with operations, engineering, IE and planning teams to drive performance discussions.
Requirements:
- A qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing and plant controlling.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to build cost models, KPI trackers and other monitoring tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
