Job Vacancy: Manager Quality Control RM
Reporting to: Head of QC
Location: Karachi
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee the Raw Material Quality Control Section.
- Ensure sampling, testing, approval/rejection, and release of APIs and excipients.
- Review and approve analytical reports, COAs, SOPs, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, cGMP, USP, BP, EP, and ICH guidelines.
- Handle OOS, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
- Supervise analysts and ensure timely testing to support production.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and vendor qualification activities.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Strong understanding of raw material testing and pharmacopeial requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and wet chemistry.
- Excellent documentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data integrity and ALCOA+ principles.
- ISO/IEC-17025:2017.
Qualification & Experience
- M.Sc. / Pharm-D / M. Pharm / Chemistry or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of QC experience.
