Position Title: PM1 to PM3, Treasury Operations—Operations Management Department, Islamabad
Position Overview: The prime purpose of this role is to handle all the task of treasury operations and other assignments of OMD and manage the Team work.
Key Responsibilities: Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Responsible for leading and managing the Treasury Back Office team.
- Handle all the tasks of treasury operations and other assignments of OMD.
- To ensure the smooth running of Treasury Operations and CNY clearing.
- To ensure strict compliance to SBP regulations, head office regulations and directives of other regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate the exchange of masters repurchase agreements, Standard settlement instructions and authorized signatories with counter parties.
- Ensure the effective execution of AML/CFT Policy in treasury operations issued by compliance and external regulators.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury products and regulatory reporting related to TBO, good at communicating with SBP & local Banks.
Qualification and Skills Required: Incumbent should have:
- Minimum 03 years of Treasury Operations experience
- Bachelors / Masters
- Strong numeric skills
- Familiar with main financial products
- Advanced knowledge of common software
- Ability to follow procedures and identify quickly when expectation occur
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal communication skills
