Position: Merchandiser- Pret!!
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser for its Pret domain in Kayseria.

Key Responsibilities includes:
-Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategy for Kayseria’s Eastern Wear category( Ready-to-Wear, Formal Wear).
-Conduct market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
-Define the product mix, assortment plan, price architecture, and margin goals for each collection.
-Prepare and manage merchandise plans.
-Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time production and delivery
-Ensure pricing, margins, and cost targets are achieved.
Sourcing & Product Development-
Lead fabric and trim sourcing, building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, accessories, embellishments and hand work karigars.
Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop products that align with the brand ETHOS/DNA, market needs, and cost parameters.
Manage the sampling process from proto to final production sample, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and timeline adherence.
Buying & Inventory Management-
Formulate OTB (Open-to-Buy) plans and manage the seasonal buying budget.
Analyze sales data (sell-through, best/worst sellers) to make informed decisions on repeat orders, promotions, and future buys.
Cross-Functional Collaboration-
Work as the key bridge between Design, Production, Marketing.
Provide the marketing team with detailed product knowledge for effective campaign planning.
Provide marketing department USP and key selling points, and product features.
Commercial & Financial Analysis-
Monitor category P&L, achieving Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI) and On Time In Full deliveries. OTIF.
Present pre- and post-season cost and ABC & wastages controls reviews to senior management with actionable insights.

Qualification & Experience-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Merchandising, Textile Design, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of merchandising experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role within a premium Pakistani women’s eastern wear brand.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for data analysis) and SAP experience will be advantage.
Strong knowledge of fabrics (cottons, silks, chiffons, organza), embroideries, prints, and garment construction.

Commercial Skills:
Proven track record in developing successful product ranges and achieving financial targets.
Excellent negotiation with CMT vendors, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
