Position: Assistant Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of 360-degree brand marketing plans
- Support campaign ideation and execution in line with brand objectives & seasonal opportunities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to build brand strategy
- Plan & execute social media calendars, influencer campaigns & performance marketing activities
- Coordinate UGC, content shoots, and campaign roll-outs
- Support in managing brand activation, exhibitions, and trade POSM requirements
- Assist in preparing presentations, performance reports, and brand performance review decks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand management
- Sound understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with design and AI-based content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Freepik AI, and similar platforms is a strong plus
