Tecno Mobiles is looking to hire Training Executive
For North Region – N2
Base Location: Peshawar

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :

1. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
2. Train the sales team such as product training, sales training, dealers training, new products training, skills training, etc.
3. Manage Promoters and Sales Team regarding the concerns, support and other requests that will help boost the sellout.
4. Research on training requirements, set up the annual / quarterly / monthly training target.
5. Monitor and analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Data Reports and Employee Productivity.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 3-4 years in Training Field. working experience of mobile phone industry is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Understand deeply the mobile phone market.
• Good presentation skill, team cooperation, self-motive, target-oriented, good learning skill.
