We are hiring a 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗫 who can own the complete customer journey, influence senior leadership, and transform insights into measurable business outcomes.
This role is for a leader who believes experience drives loyalty, loyalty drives growth.
✨ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁:
✔️ Design and lead end-to-end customer journeys across all touchpoints
✔️ Define, track, and elevate CX KPIs, SLAs, and service excellence standards
✔️ Convert customer insights, feedback, and data into strategic decisions
✔️ Reduce churn by addressing root causes — not just symptoms
✔️ Lead AI, automation, and analytics initiatives to scale CX performance
✔️ Partner closely with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
✔️ Be the voice of the customer in executive and leadership forums
🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
🔹 Proven CX leadership in large-scale or high-growth organizations
🔹 Strong command over CX metrics, data-driven decision-making, and transformation
🔹 Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
🔹 10–12 years of experience (minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles)
🔹 Master’s degree preferred
