The role involves managing ship unloading, truck loading, storage and handling of hazardous and gaseous products, monitoring operational parameters, overseeing shift activities, conducting on-the-job training, handling emergencies and ensuring compliance with SHE standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Manager Risk and Controls, based at our Head Office in Karachi, to strengthen enterprise-wide risk management and internal control frameworks.
The role involves developing and maintaining enterprise risk management policies, internal control frameworks, and risk appetite standards aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. The position will manage company-wide risk registers, ensure robust mitigation plans, support ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting, and drive organisational capability through training and standardization of best practices.
Candidates should have 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in risk management and controls, with strong exposure to enterprise risk frameworks, governance, and compliance.
