Position: Deputy Manager – Digital Branding
Location: Karachi
Experience: 4–6 years
Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Deputy Manager – Digital Branding to lead digital-first brand strategy across social, communities, influencers, and on-ground activations. This role blends pop culture awareness, sharp communication, and strong execution with hands-on team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital branding strategies for product launches, sales campaigns, and always-on content
- Own brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Reddit
- Build and manage communities via WhatsApp Channels, Instagram Broadcast Channels, Facebook Groups, and Reddit
- Plan and integrate influencers & creators into wider digital campaigns
- Plan and execute physical activations (launches, pop-ups) with a digital-first mindset
- Lead and coordinate photo/video shoots for campaigns and content
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of MTO’s and full time resources.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of pop culture and internet behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with integrated digital + on-ground campaigns
- Strong aesthetic sense of what visually works on digital
- Platform-native thinking and trend awareness
- Ability to lead teams and raise execution standards
Nice to Haves:
- Agency or consumer brand experience
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign reporting
